Error Help

I keep getting this error and I have no idea why.

I have a search form that allows me to input various criteria. Then I hit a "Run Report" button and it opens up the report based on what I chose.



I got this error a few times before and I still can't figure out what it means. Especially since I have no table called ".

possibles:
1. you have the app open twice
2. someone else has the app open.

Criteria string may not be getting passed properly. Debug and find out.
