As the title says, ctrl-W works on all my other forms but not on the one which has Pop-up set to "Yes". Any ideas on this? The customer is complaining!

May be the nature of popups. Don't like 'em and I don't use 'em. That property as well as Modal are really annoying during project development, interfere with debugging. I do use Modal but don't set that property until project is ready for deployment.
