Help!My form allows child record without parents.No cascade in delete either

Hi,

Please take a look at my database. I have this problem whereby i am able to enter the child record without entering the parent record at all. Also, when i manually delete the records i entered from the database tables window, the deletes do not cascade but i remember selecting that option during the subform wizard process.

Please post your solutions here as i am not able to open external files.
