    Question Clueless- numerical order

I am a first time access user with null training, I have a text box in a report that is linked to a table. I want this particular text box to appear in numerical order as it is duplicated down the page. Is there a sort function that will apply numerical order?

When you have your report open in design view [like your screenshot] - you will notice a button towards the top left that says 'Group & Sort'.

Once you click that - you will see a new section open up at the bottom and the first thing it should say is 'Sort By' - and then the first field on your report.
Click the down arrow beside it to change it to a different field.

    All the best!
