button for double field

i make form and insert into some fields. how make button, that you add double fields under create fields??

i meen so:

i have these fields:

field1 field2 field3 field4 // pres button for double fields

field1 field2 field3 field4
field1 field2 field3 field4

What do you mean by double fields? You want to duplicate the data that was in previous record into a new record? Check out:

no i mean that duplicate only fields with no data

Then i will be press button and will be that:

field1 field2 field3 ... - previous field
null field1 null field2 null field3 ... - add fields

I am still guessing.

What do you mean by 'create fields'? To me this means modifying the table to add more fields (columns) to the table.

Do you really mean you want to create a new record?
