Make Table Query not accepting new records?

Hiya, an Access newbie here, hoping someone can give some insight. I'm working with a database that I didn't set up so there's probably much I don't understand about it.

The database has a Make Table query that populates a table called 'Scorecard' with data from two other tables: 'Financials' and 'Cost Center.' I've added new records to 'Cost Center' that do not show up in 'Scorecard' even though they have corresponding records in 'Financials.' Even more curious, when I delete records from 'Cost Center' (thus removing them from 'Scorecard' as well) and then put them back in, even these do not re-appear in 'Scorecard' even though nothing about these records have changed.



I'll be happy to provide whatever other details you guys might need to help narrow/clear up the problem. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Sounds like duplication of data. Why is this necessary?

^^ The resulting 'Scorecard' is organized in a way for us to directly pull data from for a dashboard.

Has to be a better way! What is dashboard? Do you want to provide project for analysis? Make copy and remove confidential data, run Compact & Repair, zip if still large, attach to post.

^^The dashboard takes the data and makes a flash presentation with charts, etc. I appreciate you trying to find an alternative but this is what I need to have to work with.

Would you have any ideas for why the Make Table query won't apply up the new records?
