Round Time in access

hi all,



how can i round time in access in query?
i want to round 15 minutes in this way.

1 to 14 should last hour like 03:01 to 03:14 should be 03:00
15 to 44 should last hour like 03:15 to 03:44 should be 03:30
45 upto next hrs 14 same like 03:45 to 04:14 should be 04:00

There is no intrinsic function for this, will have to write code.
