    Is this possible and legal?

My applications are written in Access 2K.

I would like to update them to Access 2007-10 format.

I have 5 users and really don't want to purchase 5 copies of access.

Can I legally create a master copy in 2007 and then create copies that can be run on a terminal server under their own directories? (I read something about a run time add in but don't really understand it)

Everyone would share the same sql server files that are linked to the Access 2K application now.

I do own Windows 2003 server with terminal server licenses and sql server.

Thanks in advance for any light you may be able to shed on this for me.

There is a runtime version of Access 2007 freely available from MS:

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...s.aspx?id=4438

Install that on the terminal server so the users run it. You create the file they run with your full version.
