    Over-writeable drop-down look-up field


    Too many hyphens!

    I have a field, Doctor, which looks up Doctors' names from table, Doctor. Every now and then some bugger comes in from the other side of the country with a doctor not in the table, Doctor. I have set "Limit to List" to NO, but when I open the table, it won't accept anything other than what's on the list. How do I sort this out?
