    Multi-User Access

Is there a way to make it so multiple people can be in the same access 2007 program at one time? Security isn't such an issue, as there's only 4 people who would ever need to access it, and they all do anyways, only one at a time. Them being able to edit tables and such would not be an issue either. It'd be convenient if there was a way that only one could enter into a form at one time, or else there would be a big mess, but if not they can figure that out on their own through communication anyways. Any help? thanks. :]

    Hi alyon

You need to split the db into backend and frontend. The backend will hold all your data in tables. The front end has everything else (forms, reports etc). Put a copy of the frontend on each users computer and link each frontend to the backend.
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.

I guess I should have explained that I've researched this before I posted this, and found this answer... but, I'm really new to access, and don't have a clue what any of that means. I don't know how to break a database into a backend and frontend. :X Could you explain it, step by step, please?
