Non match query

Hello all of you,

I am facing a problem and I hope you will be able to help me or give some a peace of advise . I have two tables one called NanClient and second is NanInterface . NanClient table has been transfered excel file that we receive form Capital One bank .Second table we transfer a excel file that we generate here from our system called JST . The files are different and they have only one file that we can link one table to other .The filed is Network and its format is N00000032506161. The another filed which is called code and it is in both table and the code is 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on . It described what transaction Cap One has done for examples payments is code 1, cost is code 2, adjusted principal balance is code 3 and so on . There are always difference between our file- Naninterface and their file - CapClient .I created two queris and group code by its count so that I can see which code has off and on how much . I need to find what Network in table naninterface make off to nanclients b/c nanclients is final. I tried a find unmatched query wizard and didn’t work b/c the wizard duplicate the records.

What does this mean? I don't understand what you are trying to do.

I am sorry, here is more clarification. As for now I have created this: one appened table CapUnionAppened that include the following fields:code, network, debtorname, grossamount, netamount, commisionamount,sourcefile and dateofprocessed. I append in there all records from two table –nanclient and naninterface , but before I made union query of these tables and than append the result of union query to the CapUnionAppened .So far it is working very well .Than , I created find duplicate query of union query matching all fileds and it is good as well .Now , I need to delete all duplicate records from CapUnionAppend table based on duplicate query that would be left only records that only in nanclient or naninterface tables and here we have networks transactions that are wrong .

I am sorry again for some turbulent explanation here .I need to isolated records that are different in capclient and capinterface and , therefore they should be investigated . The numbers of records must be the same in these two tables, but they are not .So I need to find them and e-mail them to CAP ONE to look into these transaction
