On my form, I would like for TxtBxGoal1txt (text box) to populate with tblCurrentGoals (table), first cell, column "goal1". After pressing a "populate" button.
How would I go about doing this?

Command Button to input specific text into a table field
Populate Date field (CurrentDate + 30) in table if blank
