Can't open form in form view?

Hi,



I'm having an issue with one of my forms - I can't view it in form view. No matter how I try to open it (from code, from the Database window, etc), Access has a little think, and then does nothing. If I open it from the database window in design view it's fine, but then if I try to change to form view it does the same thing - has a little think, and then nothing happens. No error messages.

This is happening on my new laptop that I've just got from work, but opening up exactly the same database on the old laptop works just fine.

I'm wondering if there might be some setting in Access that I need to change on the new machine?

Both machines are XP, Access 2003.

Any thoughts?

Try *importing* everything into a fresh new db and see if the problem follows: http://www.btabdevelopment.com/ts/impnew

Excellent - thanks, that worked! It seems to have given it the kick it needed to actually show me the error message and highlight the line of code that was causing the problem! (Still none the wiser about why it worked on one machine and not the other though, but never mind! )
