Merge two Access Files

I have two MS Access 2007 (.accdb). Both are similiar in function, infact second one is derived from first but with different source data. Functionality is same.

Now both of my files are working fine separately. However when I import the other from first inorder to combine the two, problems arise. I have changed Query/Table/Form names so these are quite different from each other.

Strangely Query for the imported accdb changes automatically and starts reffereng to tables of the first file.

Problem solved after turning off "Name auto correct option" in Access Options
