hi i need help. when i open a form i need it to automatically to load/ view previous order on screen. also how would i go about when entering products for a new order, the prices for the products would change depending on the area the company is from

You will need the form's Data Entry property set to NO.

A simple way to show the previous entry first is to sort the form's record source in descending order.

also how would i go about when entering products for a new order, the prices for the products would change depending on the area the company is from

You will need to have a price schedule table that breaks down the price by area for each product.
