Placement of fields within Report Question

I am building a report where one person is the subject of each page of the report. Each person can have one or more lab results. I would like all of one person's lab data to appear on my one page report, but I cannot seem to get that to happen.

For reference, when I place the person data and their lab data all in the Detail section, someone who has two lab results ends up having two reports, which is not going to work.

I also tried placing the subject information in the Page Header, nothing in the Person Name Header, and their lab data in the Detail section. That ends up putting lab results for the wrong people on the report.

Is this an issue of placing the various fields in the correct section (as described above) or do I need to fool with the Sorting & Grouping options (I tried this already and it did not seem to work).

This seems like an easy problem, but I just can't seem to fix it. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

Why is it that as soon as I post a question on here, I solve it myself right away (about half the time anyway)? Must be something about writing the issue out in black and white. Anyway... solved.
