Email update via Blackberry

Hi All,



I have a database that information is emailed to doctors for the answer. They have the choice of 4 checkboxs lets say and a comments section.

When I send the email I can answer via email but not on the blackberry. The doctors are asking if I can get it to work, so they can answer via there blackberry. They can reply to the email but just can't select the checkbok or add to the comments box.

Is it possible to do this via a blackberry?

so are you actually sending the form to them insides the email that contains these tickboxes?

and btw, do you live in Scotland?

No I was born in Scotland and moved to Florida in 2007.

I would like for them to get an email with checkboxs or text fields. Because really all they need to do is say Approved, Denied or Request more informaton. and give their reason why.

They get an email just now with all the data they need. I am just looking to see if they reply on their blackberry can they update access.

as a follow up to that, 2010's version of the program has significantly updated what you can and cannot collect via email.

the catch would be if they can do it from a mobile device or not. the only way would be to do some trial and error.
