    Form help

    Hi

    I am trying to build a dbase for a hairdressers and I have been having a few issues with my tables and relationships. I have attached a copy for anyone to check if I am on the right lines.


    I now need to create a form so for the user to easily input the data. CAn anyone advise me please? and am I on the right lines?

    Have you already looked at all of the templates available from Microsoft? That is always a good place to start.
