    Hiding Macro

Whenever I Save and Close a form, an error message appears which states "The Data Macro 'ProjectHistory.LogEvent' could not be found." I cannot find where this is referencing to since there is no such macro in the database ever. I have searched the button and the form properties and have found no references to this macro either.

    Anyone know what this is??

    Thanks!

well it is refering to a custom made event - inserted by your original developer. there is no generic advice other than you need to identify what is triggering it and deactivate that code.....

sorry not to be more helpful.

Would you know where to look other than the embedded "on click" options?

a 'data macro' is a new 2010 feature. it would be found in an underlying table. caution is needed on any change as it will be on the entire db and can lead to other issues depending on its role. only the owner of the db should make the change.

    hope this helps.
