Convert form to Table or Add Field to Table

I have completed a form which is linked to "Main" table. Issue is, I have added additional fields/combos/labels to the form that are not transfering to the data table. What needs to be done?



Also, I have added multi-select list boxes that do not transfer to the table. How can I have all the options selected show up in the table?

You have to add the fields to the table then add them to the form by selecting them in the Control Source of the properties sheet when in design view of your form. If the fields are not currently on your table, then they are unbound on the form.
