New to Access, need some info

I have never created a database using Access, but i'm familiar with Database design and SQL so I told my friend I would help him out with a database in Access. I'm looking for a good tutorial, preferably online and free, to get me started. At the moment, I am have created a form to insert data but i'm stuck on how to get the insert to actually execute. It doesn't help that i don't know VB either. Any where i can find good info is greatly appreciated.

BTW I tried searching Google, but with my specific questions, there weren't many results that proved useful.
