    Emailing a report

I have a data_entry_form that I am using to enter data that is stored in data_table. The data_entry_form also includes a button to generate a report, convert to a pdf format, and then attach it to an email. This works fine. The problem is that I have the email addresses in another table that includes contact information. Is there a way to populate the "To" field when using the EMailDatabaseObject macro with the email address of the individual for which the report is generated?

you would have to do it with VBA. do a google search for creating an outlook email via Access VBA. it's been done many many times.
