How to make a Water Mark

How do I create a water mark.


I have a logo (jpg) and I want to convert it to a water mark.

Then how do I get it into the report of access2007.

My picture is to colorful. What does everyone do to reduce the colour or convert it to a water mark?

From Wordperfect,

To insert a watermark by using an image from a file

1 Click the top of the first page where you want the watermark to display.
2 Click Insert Watermark.
3 Enable one of the following options:
· Watermark A
· Watermark B
4 Click Create.
5 Click the Watermark placement button on the property bar.
6 Enable one of the following options:
· Oddprints the watermark on odd pages
· Evenprints the watermark on even pages
· Everyprints the watermark on all pages
7 Click Insert Graphics From file.
8 Double-click the folder in which the image is stored, and double-click the image.
9 Click File Close.
