    database for bus leasing

trying to make a database for bus leasing. the biggest issue i have is making a visual with all of the data. Currently we are using an excel sheet with a column for drivers column for the buses and then 30-31 columns for the days and using rows for each tour for each bus. can i make this happen with access ? or something similar ? the issue we have with excel is that it has to be closed and reopened every time a change is made for it to update and only one person can have write access at a time.

I do not see a big difference between what you are doing and a Hotel reservation system. I believe there mare templates for the latter.
