How to embed record content into access database generated email?

    Hi,

I have customised the free template for 'Issue Tracking' available free from the Microsoft Site.

I would like to be able to have the contents of the 'comments' box print in the body of the email that is generated automatically by the database but I can't figure out how to do this?

I would also like to automatically insert a hyperlink in the body of the email that the email recipient can click that will take them automatically into that record in the database. The database is stored on a central server at out office, and will only be used internally. Can anyone help!

What is the VBA code you are using to generate the email?
