No Option to Export to .xlsx

I'm trying to export a report to excel and I don't get an option to use Excel 2007 (Excel 2003 and 95 are the only choices in the drop-down menu). I have the entire Office 2007 suite installed. If I want to export a table, the .xlsx option is available. Am I missing a feature or is a program setting out of whack? Thanks

not sure. by why not use the previous compatibility. there's virutally no difference between that and the extra "x" char on the end of the newer extensions.

The report formatting is not exported correctly into Excel 2003. The font sizes are not retained, colors, bold, etc. Lines are also not exported. Depending on the report size, this can take at least a half hour to correct. I believe formatting is retained when exporting for Excel 2007 but since I haven't seen it myself, I only hoping at this point. My solution so far has been to export to an RTF and then copy to excel (this is actually faster than reformatting the entire document).
