    Those two files have different tables, at least by name. I was going to ask if you tried post 7 but I guess that's based on the wrong tables also.

    Oh man...why is it that sometimes the answer (not always the 'right' answer) is right in front of your face? Looking at my results I realized I needed to remove the records which had data in the Code field. I simply added 'Is Null' to that field and got the results I wanted. Thanks to everyone who helped.
