Just revisited this issue because of another thread. VBA DoCmd.OutputTo does save report as PDF with display text clickable links. As does report right click shortcut menu Export to PDF.
What is disappointing is can't figure out how to use HyperlinkTarget property. Can't find any documentation.

Javascript might be required for this because I'm seeing a lot of it behind a pdf document. I was able to examine a pdf document with clickable links that do work. Can't seem to highlight and copy from the FireFox Inspector so I had to type it out. There could be errors as a result, but I suppose it's not really useful to anyone anyway.
