Calculations between queries

I have 2 queries: one with a count of shifts worked, and the other with a total of hours worked. I'm trying to generate a query that contains both query fields ([shifts] and [hours]) and does the math to determine the hours worked per shift. Basically, I'm looking to calculate [shifts] / [hours] in a separate field, but I haven't been able to get it to work. I'm fairly new to query design. Can anyone help?
