Are they memo fields?
See "How to attach files" at the top of this page.
It has been a long time since I used a wizard for this so this is a guess - the wizard can only decipher a certain number of fields from the combo recordsource. Beyond that, you need to go into design view and change the number of columns there. I suggest that because the cross tab query wizard can only handle a certain number of fields. To add more, you have to put the query in sql or design view to get more fields in the query. That's my recollection anyway.

Not sure why yet they are not showing but you should be able to do this as work around. Add the 1 column, then go to design mode of the Combo box, goto Data tab, onRow Source click on that ... and open it and see if you can add the fields from there. You can also manually add the fields to that Row Source line. If you do add fields you will need to change the Column Count, Column Width and List Width on the Format tab.
I have seen it happen where memo fields would not show when trying to select from a list. Are any of those fields in the table Memo fields? A workaround to that was to make a query of the table and convert those fields to text or limit them with Len maybe. It was on tables from a vendor that we could not change the datatypes from memo even thought the fields never had more then 10 characters.
