Importing excel .csv date not working

I have a table that used to work, now it is not. Not sure why. my access table date field is set as date but when i import i get an error. used to work.

Can you post some data and a copy of your database so readers can "work" with the issue in context?
We don't necessarily need all data, but sufficient to ensure the "process" works.
