    Count Records by Name

I'm building a basic database and need some assistance with a count function on a report. The report lists only dates and status separate by a name (see attachment).

I'd like to get a count of the entries per user but I don't know how to work it. Note the screenshot below is the report; the numbers next to each name were manually added to the picture but show what I'm trying to accomplish.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Eric

Thank you for replying so quickly.

When I look at the report design, I see Report Header & Footer, Page Header & Footer, User Header (but not Footer) and Detail. Where do I add a Footer for the User group?
