    Access 365 programming changes

I (very) recently moved from Access 2016 to 365 and there seems to be a difference in the way I need to programme. In 2016 and earlier versions I was able to design, run and go back to design and make changes to a form or button but I can no longer actually change anything after viewing in design mode. Nothing appears with the property sheets.
What am I doing wrong please?

There is very little difference between A365 & A2016 and certainly nothing that would explain this behaviour.
Try with a brand new database. If that is the same, I suggest you repair or reinstall Office

Thanks Isladogs. I have tried various methods from creating a new database from scratch, making forms and table etc and even creating a new database and then importing w previously working database into it. Still the same. I may have a go at reinstalling oddice 365. Installing 365 wiped out my original 2016 version.

It might be worth using MS SARA (Support & Recovery Assistant) to remove all traces of Office before you try reinstalling.
    Its a free download

I don't suppose it's possible you're going from design view to normal view then to layout view? That would explain the lack of a property sheet.
