Form's Drop-down does NOT display new values (from rowsource)

This question is so fundamental, I am almost embarrassed to ask/post the question here.

Either way, here it goes...

Per attached DB, the single form's dropdown contains row source = {123;456;789}

However, once in form view, the drop-down does display old (incorrect) values = {0077;1946;2055;9657}

I have looked through all properties but, apparently, I cannot find where those old values are stored. Any suggestions where to locate/update them so that drop-down for [ACCOUNT_NUM] displays values = '123', '456', '789'?

I found the property... "Edit Item List".
