I'm starting a small business from scratch, so I have the luxury of thinking through my software stack, rather than adapting to a legacy system. I'm going to have a Shopify storefront which will export sales data in CSV. I'll need to import this into some program for managing and tracking the business. I'll also need to import at least some of it into Quickbooks since that's what the bookkeeper will want. I'd be happy to do everything in Quickbooks (though it's far from ideal), except each order will have some image files associated with it and I won't be able to keep track of those within Quickbooks. So I'm thinking of importing each order into both Access and Quickbooks. That seems like a lot of effort, though, with associated opportunities for error. So I'm also thinking of just importing into Access and then exporting "directly" to Quickbooks. Is that possible?
