    Opening old Access DB

I am trying to open an old MS database made in 2005 . I get this error when I try to open it: "Cannot open a database created with a previous version of your application". Is there any way I can open it?

All recent versions of Access can open files made in A2000 or later except for ADP files.
It is likely that the database was created in Access 97 or earlier and it will need someone with an older version to open it for you and convert it.
