Linking multiple live tables into one master table

Hi all, for some reason I'm really struggling to link some tables into one and can't figure it out. For work project. As the image below shows the tables; I require all those with names (everything bar "Full" & "Full Database" copied over into the "Full database" table. The named tables as you can see are linked to other access sheets so people are able to use them individually and only management see all - including to run reports & narrowed down queries on the full database table. any advice would be great thank you!!

    Going about it all wrong.
Should have one table with an extra field that holds the used name/id.
Then restrict the data to the actual user using that field.

Look up Access Union Query, but your database structure is not the best, you should have one table with a EmployeeName (or better numeric ID) field to be used to limit the data for individual users.
