i have a table in access called items-Table having fields like itemID, Price and item and another table called Data-Table having fields like entryID, itemID, DateToday, NewStock(kgs), UsedStock(kgs), CurrentStock(kgs) and BalanceStock(kgs)-This is a calculated field ie CurrentStock(kgs) - UsedStock(kgs) and those tables are related by itemID
i have also got another query having all information from both the ables and also adds other fields like "AmountStock: [Items-Table].[Price]*[Data-Table].[CurrentStock(kgs)]", "AmountUsed: [Items-Table].[Price]*[Data-Table].[UsedStock(kgs)]", and "AmountBalance: [Items-Table].[Price]*[Data-Table].[BalanceStock(kgs)]".
i want to calculate totals basing on a particular date forexample getting total of all products whose data was added on a particular date
