Are you talking about the RecordSource of your form? You said "Source Data" and I'm not sure what you mean. Is it a table or a query? Is your DataEntry property set to YES by chance?
form properties...."record source" field under "data" or "all" tabs. Under the "data" tab, "data entry" field is set to "no". What should it be set to?
DataEntry set to YES will *only* display new records. Is your RecordSource a Query or a Table? If a Query, can you open the Query directly and see the records?
RecordSource is a table, and yes the data does exist in the table. I can see all the records.
Might you be able to help me with something else? See my thread on the form board about tables/forms..........
Try using the ComboBox on the RecordSource property and select the table again. Try the same thing with the ControlSource property of any of your controls on the form.
...and check that the form's 'Orderby' and 'filter' properties are blank. sometimes when having the form in design view, with 2003, it will lockin a value in these properties that occurs when one is testing back and forth....
