Well I don't understand why you would want to create an auto number field named Gray Offer ID in the Gray Offers table file when it has no use. And by the way my problem is about not finding the data.
No your problem is because your table Grey_Offer is a spreadsheet layout
You have all of your process in 1 table for data entry when you need a Form that allows you to select a Party
then enter related data for the Offer and then related data for the Shade.

After the changes made by creating auto id field in your gray offer table, you are not able to enter in gray shade table, please check

I just tried this file on another computer, there was an issue with the version of Access. Still this file is opened with little problem.
You have designed a very nice program.
You tell me what is the difference between getting the data inserted in the form from the master and the program you have created?
Why did you choose a different way to enter party data?
In this program GST number of every party will be fixed GST number is not changeable for any party
