    yes perfect
And whenever we create a new offer, party, process, transport, quality, name should not be saved again and again in the main table, instead their serial numbers (autokey no.) should be saved so that the file does not consume much space.

    Hi

OK The Form that opens at startup is designed for Data Input Only for 1 Quote.

    It opens Blank.

You would now need to create a Form that Lists all previous Quotes set in Continuous Form View
You can then select the Quote you may need to Review.

I will check it after reaching home till then you tell me how you reduced the size of this file so much because I did winzip also but zipping does not reduce the size of the file so much. Do you use any other method?

Keep in mind some of us cannot open 7Zip folders. I can only open Windows Compression zip. Mike must have used 7Zip to create a WindowsCompression zip because I was able to extract file. Often I cannot.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    Hi June

All I do is select the File and Right Click to display the following Window.

Hover on the option 7Zip to display the next Dropdown and then select the
    option Add to "Filename.zip"

Yes, that must be compatible. Generates folder with .zip extension instead of .7z

ohh sir this whole program is different..
    you understand this little program---
"Admission Form" is the main form and "Main Data File" is the main table
When entry is made in "Student Admission Form" then Roll Number, Student Name and Father Name will be entered manually but the value in Cast text box will be selected through drop down list from "Cast Table" and will be entered in "Man Data File". place cast code should be saved.

This database program is not a part of that program but just a small example of that program. If you look carefully at the program that I sent you earlier, I had made some dropdown fields in the form of that program, in which the data of three fields was entered from "Party Master" and the transport name from "Transport Master". Quality name from "Quality Master" and Process name from "Process Master" but I wanted in that program that the data of these master files should be displayed in the main data file but only their code numbers would be saved in the main data file.
