    Hi

Is your "master file of some fixed names " supposed to represent a table of Customers?

This statement makes no sense to me at all :-
    "
For example, there is a party transport quality and process table, after this, when the data is input into the gray offer file through the form, then the offer number, offer date, weight, instructions, etc. will be input manually, but the party, gst agent name, transport process quality will be looked up from the master file."

Are you trying to give Quotes for a Customers Order ?

You can PM me if you need further help.

Well the process is the same with a Main Form and a Subform

Are you saying that the Customer would only order 1 Item or

Over time the Customer would order more than 1 Item
You can PM me if you need further help.

If the Customer orders more than 1 item then you need the following structure

A Customer on a given date Orders an Item

This means you have a Many to Many setup

    Many Customers order Many Items
You can PM me if you need further help.

    Hii,

I saw your program very carefully many times and understood that I thought very seriously about the relationship created by you and understood, after that I made a lot of changes in my program and understanding the relationship created by you, I created a new relationship. Now it is working properly but the problem is that whenever I make an entry in the form, along with the entry in tbloffer, the master file also gets entered in the tables, which I do not want.
Please download and check the file from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UVP...w?usp=drivesdk

    Hi

The problem is that you are not understanding how to set Relationships or how to Create Data Input Forms.

Your new version has a Main form based on the qyery named "offer"

The Form should be based on 1 table only "tblOffer"
Then you would create Combobox's to lookup the required values.

Your current Offer Form is based on multiple tables as shown in the attachment.

No, it has to be designed in such a way that maximum 30 shades can be filled in one offer, otherwise the offer will be of 2 pages while generating the report.
Now, in the compulsion of maximum 30 shades, how many shades will be there and which ones will be there and how much meter is to be written in each shade depends on the choice of the customer.
We have a countless variety of shades in our shop.
