add a new form onto a new tab/page on an existing form

    Hi
I've just created and saved a new form based on a basic query in an access 2016 database.

In the front end of the application, there is an existing form that consists of multiple tabs (pages), and I want to add my newly created form onto a new page/tab within that existing form.
How can this be achieved? How can I link a newly created saved form and essentially 'drop it' onto a new page on an existing form?

    Thanks

Create relationship between the two tables or queries
