Just wondered because I contributed to a thread earlier today where the OP's original post was timed as 04:47 AM which seemed a bit early in the day to be starting a thread, so thought that perhaps it was that time HERE, where I am, and not necessarily where the OP is

It's the local time to you. I think you can tell the forum what time zone you are in somewhere in the settings.
So I would guess on Haley's screen it will look like you replied at some equally ungodly hour
Edit: From the settings page:
All timestamps displayed on the forums can be automatically corrected to show the correct time for your location in the world. Simply select the appropriate time zone from the list below.
