Recordset returning only first value

Me neither. It was an actual question, not a suggestion so I should have made that more clear. You might be right but I have little interest in testing it by changing my settings.
OK, a quick look tells me it's an Outlook option that you have to set so that either works. Apparently, commas are used in other email apps.

Well I have not purposely set that delimiter, so it must be the default for Outlook. Plus I have only ever used Outlook for windows mail.
