    Access App Crashes

Hi - I have an access app (sql server backend) deployed for several (30+) clients all over the midwest. Each client has one pc dedicated to running some backend tasks (pulling from other sql servers, sending emails, importing and storing info from text docs, etc.). A few weeks ago (late Feb 2023) one client started getting random crashes throughout the day. I have tried to troubleshoot, but I have found nothing so far. Then Tuesday this week (3/21/2023) several other clients started having the same problem... only on the dedicated pc. By Thursday (3/23/2023), all but 2 clients are having this problem. The app is somewhat custom, although there are portions that are identical (or nearly identical) for each client. Some clients had an update from me, and some did not... trapping errors hasn't helped. Event Viewer shows app crashes, sometimes with an ntdll.dll fault...
The app crashes are so widespread across all my clients, with different PCs/VM, different OS (win10, win 11, server 2016, server 2019)... it has to be some sort of bug somewhere... maybe an office update? The 3/14/2023 path installed between 3/14 and 3/19, but the problems didn't show up for a few days...

I am so busy restarting all the servers and getting things running again I haven't had a chance to post. I have researched and searched for any bug reports as best I can - but nothing so far. Is anyone else having issues lately? Any ideas what to try next?
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Look at what updates have been installed, office and windows.
Try and update office as well, in case a fix has been made.

Some updates, but the last round was from 3/14-3/16 (for monthly MS patches). Errors didn't show up until 3/21.

On Windows 10 or 11, go to Settings.

    • Click on Update & Security.
    • Select Windows Update.
    • Click on "Check for updates" to see and install available update
    • Office Updates
    • Open any Office application (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Go to the File tab or Office Account.

    • Look for an option like "Account" or "Office Updates."
    • Choose "Update Options" or "Update Now" to check for and install available Office updates. Thanks
Thank you, but I am not the one having any issues?

    March 21st ?
It's nearly December, so I'm confused.

Edit - It's a old thread and what looks like a ChatGP answer , confusion over.
