You are not providing any context. If you can’t do that?
Only partial view of the form, no indication what type of tab ( document or control), any code you are using etc
Maybe it's easier to help you if you attach the file.
it doesn’t seem to make a difference what kind of query, table form etc it is…..I am suspecting i have messed with a Windows 11 configuration and since i use the computer99% of the time running access……. What do you think of that?
Thanks for the reply…..
not a lotWhat do you think of that?
vague questions result in vague answers or no answer at all.
Best guess is you have messed with a Windows 11 configuration
Post a zipped db copy and explain how to replicate would be a good start. That should reveal if it is a Windows issue or a db issue.

Never seen a tab with that type of angle on the right side of it. Also if that's a form tab, what's above it where it says "Save your changes . . ." Shouldn't that be the ribbon?
If this helped, please click the star * at the bottom left and add to my reputation- Thanks
Looks like the problem is in file/option/current database....If I choose tabs with'display document tabs 'I get the picture above. overlapping windows will work, but i don't think this feature is supposed to produce this result...
