    Form / Subform Navigation

    Hi all,

I am sure this is pretty simple. I have a main form (Orders) with a sub form (Items included in the order). The subform is continuous and linked to the main form basen on the order number.

When trying to navigate between Orders (using record selectors, PageUp/Down etc this works as intended if there is only 1 item on the subform. But if there are say 3 items I need to press the button 3 times to move to the next Order.

    Access 365

don't follow what you mean - I don't see the relevance of number of records in the subform to navigate the main form. Perhaps show a screenshot of your form to illustrate the problem

Sounds like you are on the subform and not mainform?

Solved it, I was on the Main form but I had the Link Master Field and Link Child Field the wrong way around
