How to change image path for several hundred pics?

Moved files to new computer, however file system not exact match to the old. As result, inventory images with (old) image path field show as blank on forms and reports. User name and computer name had to be changed on file system. How can I easily update 700+ image locations?

Are you saving image path to a text field? Do Find & Replace or an UPDATE action SQL.

Find/replace does not seem able to do this.

This is the folder name that is holding the pics: C:\Users\rfDailyuse\Documents\Household Inventory\2020 Household Inventory\Inventory Pics

This is the data from the long text field of a specific item:
    ImagePath
    C:\Users\Richard\Desktop\2020 Household Inventory\Inventory Pics\0030.jpg

the xxxx.jpg number is unique to each image. I need to change the Richard\Desktop for each image to rfDailyuse\Documents without losing the individual .jpg number.

    Thanks for any assistance.

Find/replace should be simple. Works for me. Why do you say it can't?

An UPDATE query would be like:

    UPDATE tablename SET ImagePath = Replace(ImagePath, "Richard\Desktop", "rfDailyuse\Documents")

Not sure what I missed, but the first few times I tried the find/replace, I got a message that it could not find the text. I tried again, and it worked. All is good now! Thanks very much!
