Exclamation Automatically update one form from other

    Hi

I have two forms Inquiries and QRF. First enter the data in the Inquiry Form with a subform on it. To generate the QRF, i have linked up the Inquiries and QRF, i select the Inquiry ID from the combo box and all data transfer from the Inquiry form to the QRF.

I am thinking what if I entered the data in Inquiry Form and it should automatically generate in the QRF as per ID and then i go to record any record and enter the rest of the QRF information.

Please guide if it is possible.

    Thanks and regards

Most anything is possible with enough code but there really is not enough information to determine what and how you really want to accomplish.

I don't understand your business model nor your data relationships. What data needs to be automatically generated in QRF? Why would data be copied from one form to another?

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Follow instructions. If necessary, eliminate objects to reduce size. Up to 2MB zip file allowed.
